Avaza gives you a set of tools that work together to help you run your business. This includes Project Management and Collaboration, Scheduling Resources, Tracking Time, Managing Expenses, Quoting, and Billing. Each of these tools can be used with the others or on its own to fit the needs of different businesses. Avaza is especially useful for consulting and professional services companies that need all of these functions and like to get their reports from a single source. Avaza is built in the cloud and can be used on any computer or phone.
Even though the software has a lot of great features, I don’t like how simple its time tracking is. It could use some extra features, like GPS tracking or a time booth. Also, I have to say that the software is a little hard to figure out and has a steep learning curve. Sometimes, the design can be too complicated, making it hard for businesses to use all of its tools and functions.
Avaza has different pricing plans to meet the needs of different types of companies.
Free: You can have as many project collaborators and outside friends who can chat with you as you want, but you can only have ten customers. There is a limit of 20 active projects and 50 invoices per month. You get 10GB of storage space and priority email and chat help.
Basic: It costs $23.95 per month and gives you more access to everything that the Startup plan does. Includes 5 users who can see timesheets and expenses and 2 users who can see maintenance and invoices.
