Deal on Amazfit Bip 3 Pro: $69.99 dropped to $64.99

On the Amazfit website, you can choose from eight different Bip models. Like the other Bip models, the 3 Pro has a simple square case with a button that looks like a watch crown and a touchscreen display. You’ll get a 44mm plastic case that has a matte finish and comes in black, cream, or pink.

At 9.65mm thick, it’s thinner than the latest Apple Watch, and at just over 33g, it’s also lighter. Even so, Apple is putting a lot more high-quality materials on your wrist. This case comes with a 20mm silicone strap that can be taken off with a simple pin, making it easy to switch it out for another strap of the same size.

Features:

  • Two-week battery life
  • Easy to use
  • Large display
  • Built-in GPS

The front has a 1.69-inch TFT display with a resolution of 240 x 280. It’s not an AMOLED like the displays on more expensive Amazfit watches, but it’s definitely brighter and more colorful than the transflective display on the original Amazfit Bip. It responds to touch, but there is a little bit of screen lag.

It’s not as bad as some watches at this price, though. You get a good amount of brightness, and you can see well indoors and out, but it can be hard to see in bright sunlight. It doesn’t have an always-on mode, so you have to use a raise-to-wake gesture that isn’t great, but works well enough not to be annoying.

How to get Amazfit Bip 3 Pro?

Amazfit has given the Bip 3 Pro a water resistance rating of 5ATM, which is better than the IP68 rating on the original Bip and is the same as the Bip U in that it can be used to swim in pools and open water up to 50 meters deep. The Bip 3 Pro’s design isn’t anything new, but I’ve been wearing Garmin’s square Venu Sq 2 smartwatch on my other wrist, which costs a lot more and, other than having a higher-quality AMOLED screen, doesn’t look all that different from the Bip 3 Pro.
