Deal on Samsung Galaxy A53 5G: save 11% and buy in just $399

Samsung’s Galaxy A53 is the company’s newest mid-range phone. Last year, the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G was one of the best phones in its class. So, can the same be said about the next person? Well, to put it simply, the A53 5G seems like a good upgrade from the A52 5G and is a great phone for its price. But there aren’t enough new features to make it worth buying if you already have an A52 5G or another good mid-range phone.

Samsung just made small changes here and there, like making the battery bigger, the screen refresh rate faster, and the design different. Still, the new chip seems to help a lot in making the camera system better. The Galaxy A53 costs $449 in the U.S. and only comes in one version: 128GB of storage and 6GB of RAM. Now, that’s not a bad combination at all. But don’t worry, if you need more space, you can add more.

Features:

  • Beautiful screen
  • Versatile cameras
  • Long battery life

The screen on the Samsung Galaxy A53 is one of the best you’ll see on a phone in this price range. It has an FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a maximum brightness of 800 nits. The screen is 6.5 inches in size. With those specs, the A53 doesn’t stand out from other phones in the same price range, but the Super AMOLED display from Samsung is the real winner here. It looks bright and colorful.

On paper, the A53 has the same display as the A52. However, when we put the two phones next to each other, we noticed that the newer one was a little lighter. This could be because Samsung changed something about its own displays, or it could be because the older phone has been used for a long time and has become less bright. The top hole for the front camera doesn’t get in the way of your view much, so we quickly stopped noticing it.

How to get Samsung Galaxy A53 5G?

The Samsung Galaxy A53 has a 5,000mAh battery, which is pretty big, but this kind of power is pretty common in mid-range phones. It helps here, though, because the 5G connection and bright screen need as much power as they can get. In real life, we found that the phone would last about a day before it needed to be charged again. We could get a little more out of the battery if we didn’t use it much, or a little less if we took a lot of photos or used it for navigation, but a full day is a good estimate.
