Force close and reopen the app

Reset email account

Enable background app update

Go to Settings> Outlook and toggle on the switch next to Background app update, if it’s disabled.

Delete / re-add an email account

  • Open Outlook and switch to the Mail tab.

  • Choose the email account in the Email Accounts section.
  • Select Remove account.
  • Select Delete to confirm.
