Step 9: Double-click the new command key’s (Default) string.

Step 10: Input this path in the Value box:

Step 12: Select the Edit String window’s OK button to apply.

Step 13: Now open Resource Monitor from the context menu by right-clicking somewhere on the desktop to select Show more options.

Open Resource Monitor With Cortana

Step 1: Click Cortana’s circle button on the taskbar.

Step 2: Input open Resource Monitor in the Ask Cortana box.

Step 3: Press the Return keyboard button to bring up Resource Monitor.

Step 4: To open Resource Monitor with a voice command, click the Speak to Cortana button. Then say “open Resource Monitor” reasonably clearly.
