  • Right-click on the PUBG: Battlegrounds icon on the desktop and select Properties.
  • In the Properties window, click on the Compatibility tab.
  • Check the box that says Disable fullscreen optimizations and click on Apply and then OK.
  • Launch the game and try changing the settings again. If it saves the settings this time, the issue has been resolved.
