To enable the Batteries widget on the iOS Today screen, make sure you’re on the Today screen or the Today section of the Notification Center, depending on the iOS version you’re using. If you don’t see the Batteries section, scroll to the bottom of the Today/Notification Center screen, tap Edit, and add the Battery Information widget manually.

This feature is especially useful if you use accessories like the Apple Watch, Bluetooth speakers, or a Bluetooth keyboard with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If you don’t use any of these accessories, the percentage displayed on your iPhone screen should be sufficient for monitoring individual device battery levels.

Note that currently, the feature only shows the battery status of iOS devices and not MacBook batteries. Hopefully, future updates will include this feature.
