Deal on Amazfit GTR 3 Pro: now less 16%, you can buy in $159.99

The Amazfit GTR 3 Pro is a smartwatch that works with both iPhones and Android phones. Its maker, Zepp, wanted to make a watch with lots of features, a stylish design, and a high-quality screen that costs less than the cheapest Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch. It does a good job of making this a watch you’d want to wear, but the software still needs some work before it can compete with the big names.

Even though Zepp’s new operating system for smartwatches looks and feels pretty cool, the app store isn’t nearly as good as those for the Apple Watch, WearOS, and even Fitbit smartwatches. It does have a nice range of smartwatch features, such as notifications that are easy to see, an offline smart assistant that is useful, and Amazon Alexa.

  • Big, bright display
  • All-in-one health readings
  • Offline voice controls
  • Good battery life

The music features, on the other hand, are a bit of a mixed bag, and the playback controls are more useful than the built-in music player, which only works with music you’ve bought. Like other Amazfit watches, the GTR 3 Pro has a lot of features for fitness and sports tracking. Some of these features are better than others, though. Things like GPS and heart rate are still more accurate for people who don’t work out as often.

Even though tracking your activity 24 hours a day is good in general, tracking your sleep and heart rate all day can sometimes be glitchy. The battery life is mostly the same as the Amazfit GTR 2, giving you about a week of use depending on how often you use certain features. In the end, you won’t have to charge this smartwatch every day.

The GTR 3 Pro gives you a lot for your money. It’s a stylish connected watch that’s easy to use, and it shows that you don’t have to buy from big-name brands. You just have to accept that there might be some software bugs in the future and that the new full-fat Zepp OS isn’t as good as the competition right now.

Where to get Amazfit GTR 3 Pro Smartwatch?

The features of the Amazfit GTR 3 Pro smartwatch are a bit of a mixed bag. One of the best features is offline voice controls. When you raise your wrist for 5 seconds, your watch’s microphones turn on, and you can ask for a certain app or workout type to start. This watch also has Alexa, so you can use your phone’s Wi-Fi connection to control any of your best Alexa-compatible devices or ask questions. But Alexa can’t talk back to you and tell you the answers.
