Deal on OnePlus Nord N200: get this smartphone in just $169.99

The OnePlus Nord N200 5G is an updated version of last year’s budget phone, the OnePlus Nord N100. It has slightly better specs and, as the name suggests, 5G connectivity. Even though it’s not surprising that OnePlus would make another cheap phone to try to get a piece of a lucrative market, it’s strange that it’s only selling this phone in the US and Canada for now.

It seems like the company is trying to get back to the leaner, “affordable yet powerful” style that made its early phones so popular. There must be other places that would like OnePlus’s newest low-cost phone. The value of the OnePlus Nord N200 is easy to see: it’s a sleek, powerful phone with a great design that makes it feel more expensive than its price. If all you want to do with your phone is watch shows and do simple things, this is a great cheap option.

Features:

  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G chipset
  • 64GB of storage
  • low-cost smartphones

The phone starts to show its limits with specs that are good but not mind-blowing. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G chipset and 4GB of RAM, which work well enough to play games and media, but sometimes stutter. The phone has 64GB of storage, which is pretty standard for low-cost phones, but the fact that it can only be expanded by up to 256GB via microSD seems arbitrary.

The cameras also don’t do a very good job. There’s a 13MP main camera that can take decent photos, but the other two cameras on the back, a 2MP depth camera and a 2MP macro camera, are less interesting. It’s also disappointing that this phone doesn’t have an ultra-wide camera, since other budget phones are starting to get them. They do a good job of capturing well-lit scenes and subjects, but they have trouble with colors and brightness that aren’t the same.

How to buy OnePlus Nord N200 ?

The Nord N200 feels and looks like a phone that costs more. It has a beautiful blue-ish, dark aquamarine-colored soft plastic back. The three cameras are in the top left corner, and they look a little bit like the module from the OnePlus 9 series. It’s nice to see that the design language for both lines of products is the same. The 6.49-inch LCD screen is in the front, and the selfie camera is in the top left corner. The OnePlus Nord N200 5G has very thin edges around the screen. Even though it has a big 5,000 mAh battery inside, the phone as a whole feels quite slim.
