Deal on Sony WH-XB910N Noise Cancelling Headphones for only $123

The Sony Extra Bass line of headphones has been a staple for a couple of decades, and in general, Sony delivers on its promise by providing lots of bass. This is great for bass fanatics, but what about the rest of us? We tested the Sony WH-XB910N for two weeks to see how it performs, and there are many other features that might catch your attention. Perhaps these active noise cancellation (ANC) headphones are a hit with the right equalization. The Sony WH-XB910N look very similar to the Sony WH-XB900N.

They have a fairly minimalist design, but look a bit cheaper and more plastic than the Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless. They are available in two color variants, “Black” and “Blue.” The Sony WH-XB910N have a very comfortable fit. They are lightweight and do not squeeze the head too tightly. The earcups have a good range of motion to fit larger heads. The padding on the earcups and headband is also quite pleasant on the skin. However, if you have glasses, it may be more difficult to get a more comfortable fit.

The Sony WH-XB910Ns have good controls. They have a mix of physical and touch-sensitive controls that are easy to use. The physical buttons on the left earcup are touch-sensitive, while the touch-sensitive surface on the right earcup is responsive. There are voice prompts to switch from “Ambient” mode to ANC, as well as beeps when registering touch controls and using buttons. The headphones also indicate which device they are connected to. Buy the Sony WH-XB910N Noise Cancelling Headphones right now at $123

Unfortunately, the position of the power button makes it easy to accidentally touch it when putting on or taking off the headphones. The Sony XB910N have mediocre portability, as can be expected for over-ear headphones. They are bulky, although the earcups can be rotated and folded to save space. That said, they also come with a carrying case that allows you to store them in your bag when traveling. The Sony WH-XB910N comes with an excellent carrying case. It is made mostly of fabric, which is sturdy. The zipper closes completely and protects the headphones from the elements.

The build quality of the Sony WH-XB910N headphones is good. They are mostly made of solid plastic with a faux leather padding. The hinges are also different from those of the Sony WH-XB900N Wireless. However, their plastic design has a somewhat cheap look and feel. The yokes are also a bit weak and may get damaged over time. The Sony WH-XB910Ns have a fairly stable fit. They are not designed for sports use and may fall off the head with heavy movement. However, they should not move if you listen to audio at your desk.
