After purchasing the platform, Elon Musk apparently intends to take over as interim CEO of Twitter

Following the completion of his takeover of Twitter, Elon Musk reportedly fired numerous top executives, including the CEO, Parag Agrawal.

Musk reportedly fired numerous senior employees soon after becoming the company’s CEO, including Agrawal, Ned Segal, the chief financial officer, and Vijaya Gadde, the director of legal policy, trust, and safety. When the purchase was finalised, Agrawal and Segal were present at Twitter’s San Francisco offices and were led out by an escort, according to Reuters.

The richest man in the world intends to head the social network company after completing his $44 billion acquisition, in addition to leading the electric carmaker Tesla and the spacecraft manufacturer SpaceX, according to a story from Bloomberg this morning.

The deal’s conclusion brings to an end a turbulent affair that started when the billionaire initially revealed his intentions to buy the business in April.

How will he use the social media network? Expect issues with free speech to be addressed, expenses to be reduced, revenues to increase, and issues with bot accounts to be resolved. Donald Trump might also be permitted to rejoin.

What made Musk purchase Twitter? In a statement, he stated: “I purchased Twitter because I believe it is crucial for the survival of civilization to have a shared digital town square where a wide range of opinions can be discussed in a healthy way, without resorting to violence. That is the reason I purchased Twitter. Because it would be simple, I chose not to do it. I didn’t do it to increase my earnings. I did it in an effort to support humanity, which I love.
