SAN ANTONIO – Below is a list of all the citations issued so far in March for violations of the San Antonio Declaration of Emergency.
San Antonio Development Services Department (DSD), Downtown Development and Operations Department, Department of police of San Antonio and Metro Health are all responsible for enforcing the ordinance, which requires businesses to post a list of COVID-19 symptoms near the entrance, requires all people 10 years and older to wear a mask facial, prohibits large outdoor gatherings of more than 10 people (with a few exceptions) in accordance with social distancing guidelines and allows restaurants to operate up to 50% of their capacity.
These establishments were cited before Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced he would reverse the statewide pandemic orders.
