Lisa Eisenhart, 56, of Woodstock, Ga., Was arrested by FBI agents in Nashville on Saturday, media reported, citing the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee.
The charges include conspiring with his son, Eric Munchel, to violate federal laws, according to the US attorney’s office. Eisenhart is scheduled to appear before a judge in Nashville on Tuesday.
It was not immediately clear whether Eisenhart had a lawyer to speak on his behalf.
Munchel had previously been arrested in connection with the riot. He is accused of knowingly entering or remaining in a building or restricted land without legal authorization and violent entry and disorderly conduct on the Capitol grounds.
Prosecutors say photos of the riot show a person believed to be Munchel wearing plastic ties, an item in a holster on his right hip and a cell phone mounted to his chest with the camera facing out, apparently to record the day’s events.
