Atlantic GPU acquired by listed cryptocurrency miner

The Canadian company HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd. acquired GPU Atlantic, a subsidiary of GPU.ONE, in a C $ 25 million transaction.

As part of the 50 MW agreement recently built by GPU Atlantic data The central campus of Grand Falls, on the east coast of Canada, is now owned by the listed cryptocurrency miner.

The fully operational facility includes a 50 MW substation, two fully data the center buildings offering a total of 30 MW of plug-and-play space and an electrical infrastructure that GPU says is “unique to cryptocurrency mining.”
