Honda to show EV sports car concept at Japan Mobility Show
Honda has announced that it will showcase its electric sports car concept at the Japan Mobility Show, formerly known as the Tokyo Motor Show. The event, organized by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, aims to expand beyond traditional automakers and include a range of mobility products. In addition to the EV sports car concept, Honda will also present motorcycles, the Honda Jet, the Honda eVTOL, an avatar robot, and the Uni-One hands-free seated mobility device. This aligns with Honda’s goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2040 and launching 30 electric vehicles globally by 2030.
Expanding Mobility Beyond Traditional Vehicles
As part of its participation in the Japan Mobility Show, Honda will showcase an array of mobility products, highlighting its commitment to exploring innovative transportation solutions. Alongside motorcycles, the company will present the Honda Jet, a full-size interior mock-up of the aircraft. Additionally, Honda will introduce the Honda eVTOL, a vertical takeoff and landing vehicle powered by a gas turbine hybrid system. This demonstrates Honda’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of mobility and embracing new technologies.
