SoundLink headphones are a pair of Bose headphones that offer excellent sound quality, but the best thing about this pair is their functionality for people who need the best headphones under $300 on the go. What’s in it for? First of all, they’re wireless. Second, they’re very lightweight. Thirdly, they are foldable, easy to store, and can be stored in the included carrying case. Another great feature is the controls on the side of the ear cups. You can connect up to two Bluetooth devices at the same time and switch between them at the touch of a button.

The ATH-M50xBT headphone is one of my favorites for any application. Their versatility makes them useful as gambling, studio, recording, and movie night headphones. The wireless technology also makes them decent travel headphones. That’s especially true given the excellent battery life and low latency monitoring. I like that the headphones are touch-controllable and compatible with most voice assistants. The 45mm, studio-quality drivers make the ATH-M50xBT headphones impressively clear.

The extended frequency range offers clear highs, clear and well-defined midrange tones, and deep and rich bass. When it comes to comfort, there’s nothing to complain about. The ear cushions are thick and light in the ears. The over-ear design provides good passive noise reduction, while the padding on the headband helps reduce head pressure. Overall, this is one of the best headphones under $300.

With a frequency range of 12 Hz to 38,500 Hz, the Sennheiser HD 599 SE headphones offer one of the best low-end responses. The headphones use proprietary 39 mm drivers. These drivers are responsible for reproducing a highly dynamic sound image with impressive low and midrange clarity. The sound projection is straight through the ear canal, preserving more audio detail. It also provides a little extra volume without compromising the clarity of the sound.

The richness of the sound image is not the only thing that makes the HD 599 SE headphones impressive. I also like the extra-large design of the earpiece. I think it makes the pads a lot more comfortable, even though they don’t do much for noise reduction. Overall, this is one of the best headphones under $300.

Sennheiser has an excellent reputation for integrating high-end technology into its audio equipment, providing the listener with wide frequency ranges and clear sound quality. The RS 175 headphones feature wireless technology that is second-to-none in terms of range. In fact, you can get 100m/328ft of the device you’re connected to without compromising sound quality. There’s also an option to get “Surround Sound”, which makes this pair the best headphones under $300 for audiophiles who like to watch movies while listening to the sound through headphones.

$174.33 $193.99

Although the Beyerdynamic DT 990 headphones have three iterations, I would recommend the 32ohm impedance variant for average use. This model is ideal if you want to listen to music on your smartphone, mp3-player, and even on your computer. More serious users, such as those who would use it in a studio environment, should opt for a higher impedance variant. The realistic sound image is safe from interference due to its wired connectivity and high-end magnetic shielding.

The DT 990’s have an open design, which is the right choice if you prefer a natural sound image. However, if you are in need of sound isolation and superior noise reduction, these are probably not for you. An interesting piece of technology is the Bass Reflex system. Not many manufacturers use it and Beyerdynamic’s unique Bass Reflex design provides superior bass definition. Overall, this is one of the best headphones under $300.

Audio-Technica ATH-M70X Closed-Back Dynamic Professional Studio Monitor Headphones

Another headphone that audiophiles and professional musicians and producers should enjoy is the ATH-M70x. This pair has long been considered Audio Technica’s flagship professional headphones, and with good reason. These are studio-quality headphones. They are the definition of neutral sound headphones, at least according to my standards. The sound is incredibly detailed and not as boring as you’d expect.

The headphones also offer some use to casual listeners. That’s even though the sound image is more focused on studio production or listening through a powerful amplifier. Although the ear cushions may not be as comfortable as others, and even if the cable is a little long and sometimes awkward, the ATH-R70x offers superior construction quality. The headphones are rugged, flexible enough to stay comfortable, and lightweight.

These are some of the most comfortable headphones, hands down, on the market. The Grado SR325e headphones are studio-quality headphones for the consumer. They are lightweight, put no pressure on the ears or head, and are also very flexible. You can wear them to sleep as far as I’m concerned. However, I wouldn’t recommend it because these headphones aren’t tight and sturdy like most closed-back headphones. The open-back design creates space in the sound but is not safe.

Nevertheless, they won’t fall off unless you bang your head. In terms of sound, the SR325e headphones do not have a deep bass response. This makes them less useful in some studio applications. However, I still recommend them if you work more with string arrangements and less with bass-intensive beats. The build quality can sometimes be somewhat inconsistent. But I can say the same about many other “stellar” headphones on the market. Overall, this is one of the best headphones under $300.

$199.00 $299.00

Bose QuietComfort 35 II – an almost identical product to the already outstanding Bose QuietComfort 35 but updated with Google Assistant. This means you’ll still get the industry-leading noise cancellation for which Bose is renowned, good sound quality and incredible comfort, plus a handy assistant to answer any questions you might have while traveling. Taken as a whole, the Bose QC35 II NC is an excellent pair of headphones for travelers and commuters. Bose has found a good balance of features that will satisfy most mainstream listeners.

Despite the popularity of the QC35s, Bose has shaken things up by releasing a completely new model of wireless noise-canceling headphones, with an emphasis on sleek design and “breakthrough” audio technology: the Bose Noise-cancelling Headphones 700. They may not have grabbed Sony to the top spot of the best noise-canceling headphones, but they’re still a fantastic pair of over-ear headphones, coming in at number two.

In a conversation about the best bass headphones on the market, it is no surprise to see Sony come first. While the flagship of the WH-1000X line steals most headlines, they do not sleep in the middle of their line. The WH-XB900N brings the best bass reproduction for a few reasons. First of all, Sony has placed a “bass channel” in the construction of the ear cups, which looks like a bass port on a full speaker. There is also a tight seal around your head and a 1.57-inch driver that packs some real punch at the low end of the spectrum.

These promises seem to extend to the actual frequency spectrum, as these headphones will project 20Hz to 20kHz, covering everything you can physically hear. But these aren’t just bass- their wireless capabilities are truly impressive. There’s Bluetooth 5.0 for the most modern, stable wireless connection and NFC capability for single-step pairing with compatible devices. And all wireless use doesn’t leave you limited on battery power, as Sony advertises about 30 hours of use on a single charge. Overall, this is one of the best headphones under $300.

These Sony headphones have many attractive features that make this purchase a reality if you have a reasonable budget. The high-quality design looks fresh, and you will enjoy the materials used to make the construction. Sony fans among you will appreciate another great addition to their headphones. Aluminum-clad polymeric crystal speakers create exceptional sound. The frequency range hallucinates between 3 Hz and 100 K Hz, which is not comparable with the other items in this list.

These headphones have a large design, which means that they are designed for indoor use. Fortunately, the ergonomics of the design are excellent, and you will find it pleasant to wear them for several hours in a row. The ear cups and headband have a degree of flexibility that allows you to appreciate the fit. A 1.2 m cable is included and an in-line microphone that is comfortable to use. The distance along the wire is excellent so that your mouth is positioned naturally without lifting the wire.
