Mumbai: Shweta Tiwari’s estranged husband Abhinav Kohli moves court for son’s custody.

Shweta Tiwari And Abhinav Kohli No longer together and Abhinav has gone to the High Court in search of his son Reyansh. In his petition, Abhinav has accused Shweta of not allowing him to meet her son.

Abhinav’s lawyer Trupti Shetty confirmed that his client filed a petition against Shweta in the High Court in December last year. Abhinav Kohli has shared several videos of the social media handle, in which he showed his wife begging to meet her son, but she ignored.

In 2019, Shweta Tiwari also filed a domestic violence case against Abhinav Kohli.

She alleged that Abhinav slapped her daughter Palak with alcohol and Shweta also alleged that Abhinav assaulted her as well.

The actress registered a case at Samta Nagar police station in Kandivali East in the afternoon. He was accompanied by daughter Palak and mother. He was seen crying and told the incident police.

Everything was not going well in Shweta and Abhinav’s life and things went out of hand when Abhinav slapped Palak angrily. He also informed police That her husband has a drinking problem.

The ‘Kausati Zindagi Ki’ actress first married actor Raja Chaudhary at the age of eighteen. The wedding hit the rocks after nine years and the pair parted ways in the year 2007. Raja was accused of being physically abusive towards Shweta. He has a daughter from his first marriage, named Palak. Shweta wins custody of her daughter after divorce.

Shweta Tiwari met Abhinav Kohli on the set of a show and they got married in 2013 after a three-year courtship. They have a son, Reyansh.
