Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker says her newest internet sequence “Rasbhari” reflects necessary social problems reminiscent of “hypocrisy of a repressive society and the fundamental fear of patriarchy of female sexuality”.

The display tells a love tale in Meerut. Swara Bhasker performs the position of a strict English instructor who’s horny to Nand (Ayushmaan Saxena).

“The interesting thing about the series is that it is a breath of fresh air on the digital platform with a lot of dark content. On the one hand it is entertained and has an easier streak, on the other hand it also reflects some very important issues in society that we do not discuss aloud, ”mentioned Swara Bhasker.

“Like adolescent sexuality, the hypocrisy of a repressive society, and the patriarchy’s fundamental fear of ladies’s sexuality. But all of that is informed and portrayed in an entertaining means. I am hoping other folks revel in those roles up to I loved it to research, ”she added.

The display will likely be streamed on Amazon Prime Video.
