Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: BKD) announced Wednesday that it has reached a definitive agreement to sell a controlling stake in its home care, palliative care and outpatient therapy business.
As part of the transaction, Brentwood, Tennessee-based Brookdale will partner with HCA Healthcare (NYSE: HCA), a for-profit operator of healthcare facilities with more than 2,000 sites care across the country.
