Brown-and-serve dinner rolls are now available from Goodman Gluten Free, a company that makes baked goods that are dairy-free, gluten-free, peanut-free, and soy-free.
According to Bob Goodman, founder and CEO of Goodman Gluten Free, “we were impressed by recent results of the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) ‘Staying Strong With Family Meals’ Barometer, an important FMI consumer survey that measures family meal behaviours.” According to data, 87% of consumers cook with their families as much as they did before the pandemic. Additionally, poll results revealed that dinner preparation is taking less time. The dinner roll is a mainstay of family meals, and our Brown & Serve Dinner Rolls quickly and easily improve the family dining occasion.
According to the company, its new Brown & Serve Dinner Rolls heat to a golden brown colour in just seven minutes and come six to a package.
The rolls, according to Mr. Goodman, are already available at two significant supermarket chains and “are selling well, including substantial reorders.”
Along with rolls, Goodman Gluten Free also bakes bread, snack cakes, brownies, cookies, cupcakes, muffins, and muffins.
As more and more people work from home and eat meals at home, “we expect sales will continue to expand,” he said.
