(Reuters) – Inc AMZN.O told employees whose work can be done from home on Tuesday that they could do so until June, extending the time to return to the office due to the COVID pandemic 19.

“Employees who work in a role that can be performed effectively from home are encouraged to do so until June 30, 2021,” an Amazon spokesperson said in an emailed statement Tuesday, adding that the guidelines were applicable worldwide.
