Boeing said it was sticking to the deeply reduced widebody production rates announced in July, as well as the goal of achieving a build rate of 31 narrowbody per month by early 2022.
The aircraft maker said defense sales fell 2% to $ 6.85 billion, while commercial aircraft revenues fell 56% to $ 3.60 billion.
Excluding items, Boeing lost $ 1.39 per share in the third quarter ended September 30.
