Michelle has almost 20 years of experience working in government contracting in a variety of roles across the Business Development lifecycle. Most recently, she oversaw DCS’s strategic growth initiatives, which aimed to expand the business beyond its present markets and clients. Michelle has an MA in Public Policy from New England College and a BA in International Relations from Boston University.
