BRASILIA (Reuters) – The board of directors of Brazilian state oil company Petrobras on Tuesday authorized an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting to begin the process of replacing chief executive Roberto Castello Branco with former defense minister Joaquim Silva e Luna.
