COVID-19 restrictions are loosening for San Luis Obispo County.
The county’s move to the red level is effective Wednesday.
Santa Barbara County still remains in the purple, the most restrictive level, along with most of California.
The last time San Luis Obispo County was in the red tier was at the end of September. The county was at that level for about seven weeks before reverting to the most restrictive level.
The Paso Terra restaurant in the heart of downtown Paso Robles will be returning to indoor catering at 25% capacity.
“We hope that this time it’s gone and that we will keep moving forward,” said Cristina Averseng, owner of Paso Terra.
Averseng says they will continue to use their parklet with the new indoor seats.
