When a customer tells me they need better deals, my first question is, “Are you providing the best service possible?” I usually get one of two answers. The first is: “How did you know that?” The other is “We provide excellent service!” Both are negative answers to my question. Most businesses cannot provide “the absolute best service they can get.” There are many reasons, but if you’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by the small percentage of companies that offer the best, you’ll understand the value of great customer service.
