California congressman tests positive for coronavirus |  Government and politics

Democratic Representative Lou Correa announced on Saturday, January 16, 2021 that he tested positive upon his return from Washington, DC, prompting him to self-quarantine away from his family. His office said he received the first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine on December 19 and failed to receive the second vaccine which would have boosted his immunity to around 95%.
