CEDAR POINT – Cedar Point commissioners unanimously approved the documents on Tuesday evening City manager David Rief said he is expected to release a $ 1.01 million grant the city received early of 2019 to help purchase land for a waterfront park.
Action on the grant from the NC Land and Water Fund, formerly known as the NC Clean Water Management Trust Fund, took place at the regular monthly board meeting, conducted on Zoom.
Document approval allows the city to use Boathouse Creek Walking Trails Park for up to two events per year, including CedarFest.
