Central Texas businesses decide how to move forward after Governor Abbott's COVID-19 protocols end

HAYS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) – When browsing a bunch of businesses these days, it’s rare not to find one with a sign telling customers to wear a face mask.

Now, after Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s big announcement to reopen the state 100% next week, those signs may be dropping.

Abbott gives businesses the choice of whether or not they want to open at 100% capacity and whether or not they will require customers to wear masks.
