There is no doubt that the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world in several devastating ways. The effects can be felt throughout the local economy. However, some local businesses have decided to change their model and offer services and products that they did not previously offer in order to combat the effects of the virus.
Kim Olson, owner of Grandma’s Gourmets, and Bryan Cunningham, owner of The Yankee Catering, knew early on that their businesses were going to be affected.
