City council is meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday to consider approving an emergency resolution aimed at preserving public peace, property, health and safety during the coronavirus pandemic.

They will be responsible for developing strategies and programs, particularly around mental health and homelessness, for “greater inclusion, understanding, empathy, compassion and unity”.
