“We are so thankful to have these funds to help our nurses continue moving forward with their necessary certifications,” Maus said. In the past year CRH emergency department nurses cared for approximately 8,000 patients in the Emergency Department.
“Not only will our nurses benefit from this education, but so will all of the patients and families we serve,” Avery said. “We are grateful of the support of the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation and their willingness to assist us in providing this education so that we can continue to have quality, accessible, healthcare to those needing emergency care in our area.”
“The Rocky Mountain Power Foundation is committed to strengthening the vitality of our communities through such grants,” Babbitt said. Harold Babbitt, Rocky Mountain Power regional business manager, said the goals of the nurses’ training was in line with the values the foundation promotes.
