ATLANTA – Several large companies, including Atlanta-based Coca-Cola and UPS, have suspended political donations following attacks on the U.S. Capitol last week.
In a statement, Coca-Cola said they were “stunned” and had suspended political donations.
“We were all stunned by the illegal and violent events that took place in our country’s capital on January 6, and we are grateful that democracy prevailed with the subsequent certification of election results,” the statement said.
