HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – There is explosive economic growth in the Huntsville area with billions of dollars invested and thousands of jobs created.
As much of the region develops, many small businesses in the region continue to suffer from the COVID-19 pandemic.
A mall off North Memorial Parkway has often seen businesses come and go, but parts of northern Huntsville aren’t the only area where business owners have been impacted.
Small businesses in the city are seeing fewer and fewer customers.
“It caused me to stop working because I had to quarantine and then it cost me financially where I wasted my living room space,” said Glenn King, who recently opened his own salon in Huntsville.
