Food delivery services are more popular that all during the COVID-19 pandemic. But with this popularity, some problems have become more frequent, especially orders arriving at people’s doors later than usual

Business is rebounding at Kung Food Chu thanks to delivery apps and a flow of take out orders.

But owner Hana Chu has noticed a simmering problem in recent weeks.

“We noticed that a lot of third-party delivery drivers didn’t come to pick up the food,” Chu recalls.

And she becomes more and more upset calls.

“Some customers say it’s over two hours,” Chu said.
