Just from the look of the music video, directed by Colin Tilley, it is clear that “WAP” was a massive undertaking. The video showed Cardi and Megan inspecting the hallways of a large mansion. Behind each door was a completely new room designed as if it were its own character. Cardi and Megan also changed their wardrobes in the music video, not to mention how many dancers, choreography, settings and more went into the video.

Megan and Cardi were joined by Normani, Rosalía, Rubi rose, Mulatto, and Sukihana in a cameo-filled sequence towards the end of the video, with each star hiding behind a door that Cardi and Megan eventually opened. Then there was the major cameo that literally stopped the music.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 23, transformed the hallway into her own personal catwalk, serving a few major looks for the camera before opening a door and disappearing.
