Jane Fonda says she has no interest in getting married again
Jane Fonda talks about her relationship history.
In a virtual interview with Page six Ahead of the 2021 Golden Globes, the actress and activist was asked if there was anything she hasn’t accomplished yet and still wants to accomplish.
“I’m going to tell you something that I haven’t been successful, which is a successful marriage,” Jane replied.
“But the second part of your question is, ‘Do you want to do this?’ I don’t want to,” she continued. “See, I live on my own. I don’t have a guy who doesn’t want a woman who’s ready to be angry and who doesn’t want a woman who is ready to be angry and stand up.
“I am not threatening anyone. I can watch whatever I want on TV. So I never want to get married again. But it’s something I would have liked to be better at, ”she added.
Jane was married to French director Roger Vadim from 1965 to 1973, politician Tom Hayden from 1973 to 1990, and CNN founder Ted Turner from 1991 to 2001.
