The Jefferson County Council has given the green light to a rezoning request and revised development plan for a new family entertainment complex in Fenton. The complex, owned by Get Right Fiedler Lane LLC, will be located at 130 Fiedler Lane and Springdale Boulevard. The approved plan includes expanding the building size, adding more parking spaces, and creating a buffer between the complex and neighboring properties. Additionally, a lighted mini-golf course surrounded by dense woods will help minimize light pollution for nearby residents.

    Expansion and Improved Design

The revised development plan for the entertainment complex includes expanding the size of the building, increasing it from 24,000 square feet to 29,300 square feet. This expansion allows for the addition of a bar, restaurant, and gaming center. The increased size also eliminates the need for a parking garage, as 50 additional parking spaces have been added.

    Enhanced Experience and Reduced Impact

One of the notable improvements in the revised plan is the inclusion of a lighted mini-golf course surrounded by dense woods. This not only adds to the entertainment options but also helps reduce light pollution for neighboring residents. The larger layout and increased parking spaces address concerns raised by the county planning staff, ensuring that the complex can accommodate larger crowds without impacting the surrounding area.

To put the last piece of the puzzle in place, the approved revised development plan for the entertainment complex offers a more spacious and improved experience for visitors while also considering the needs and concerns of the community.
