After a long time, Karan Johar announced a glamorous but unconventional multi-starrer and that too, a drama of last year. The cast of the film surprised everyone, however, when Madhuri Dixit appeared on the stage opposite Sanjay Dutt two decades after the untimely death of Sridevi. Kalank also plays important roles in actresses like Alia Bhatt and Sonakshi Sinha. Now the news has made that Alia Bhatt and Madhuri Dixit will put together a great Kathak performance in the movie together.
We previously stated that Madhuri Dixit was reuniting with his favorite Bollywood choreographer, Saroj Khan, for this film. Accompanying them is also Remo D'Souza and the duo choreographed for the actress for a major dance sequence of the film. Added to this is a long-awaited Kathak performance, knowing Madhuri and Alia will share their screen space for the first time.
Although it is known that Madhuri is a trained dancer, especially in Kathak, Alia Bhatt will have to train for the same. Although the actress is already learning the dance for a year, we have heard that the training of the last two and a half months was the most difficult. It seems that the learning of this film was very important for the role that she plays and, therefore, keeping in mind the same thing, the actress decided to devote the more time possible to dance. It is also said that Alia had the chance to learn Kathak from the famous Pandit Birju Maharaj, who was also Madhuri's guru.
