Meghan McCain gets dragged Twitter Through his comments on Dr Anthony Fauci
Twitter is not a fan of Meghan McCain following her comments on Dr Anthony Fauci she made on The View on Monday February 22.
During the episode, a clip of Dr Fauci talking about vaccinations was released and in response Meghan, 36, complained that she was not sure when she would be vaccinated, if at all.
“So I was very frustrated when I saw this clip,” she shared, before cutting to say that she has “respect” for the pandemic which has now claimed more than one life. half a million Americans and does not want to “downplay” the tragedy.
“That being said, next week it will be a year since we left the studio and I have been very responsible in many ways, as have so many Americans,” added Meghan. “And the fact that Dr. Fauci follows CNN and he can’t tell me if I get the vaccine, if I can have dinner with my family.
“It’s a terribly inconsistent message and it continues to be an inconsistent message… The fact that I, Meghan McCain, co-host of The View, don’t know when and how I can get vaccinated because the rollout is tailored to my age range and my health is so nebulous, I don’t know when or how I get it.
Meghan continued: “I want to have it. If you call me at three in the morning I will go anywhere anytime to get it. I want to be responsible and obviously wait my turn, but this deployment has been a disaster. And I understand that President Trump may shoulder a lot of the blame, but now we’re in the Biden administration and I, for one, would like to wish something to look forward to and hope for because if getting the vaccine means nothing change and we have to wait a few more years until everyone has it, there are already a lot of people who don’t get it.
“So I’m on Dr Fauci,” she said then. “I think we need to have more people giving more opinions and honestly, quite frankly, I think the Biden administration should take it out and put in somebody who understands the science or who can speak like these others. country of how we can be more like these others. places that succeed. “
Hours later, Meghan maintained her comments.
