Mila Kunis to star in Netflix adaptation of ‘luckiest girl in the world’
Mila Kunis takes on an exciting new role!
According to Deadline, the actress will star in the Netflix adaptation of Luckiest Girl Alive, based on the novel of the same name by Jessica Knoll.
Here’s a synopsis: “The plot centers on Ani FaNelli, a sharp-tongued New Yorker who seems to have it all: a sought after job in a glossy magazine, a killer wardrobe, and a dreamy Nantucket wedding in the horizon. But when the director of a crime documentary invites her to share his version of the shocking incident that took place when she was a teenager at prestigious Bradley School, Ani is forced to face a grim truth that looms. to unravel his meticulously designed life.
Mila will also serve as producer on the project, which is directed by Mike Barker of The Handmaid’s Tale.
