Rapper Costa Titch, 28, passed away this weekend after falling on Saturday at a music festival in Johannesburg, according to a statement posted on Instagram by his family.
“Tragically, death has come knocking at our door. stealing our grandson, beloved son, and brother from us. The family posted a message on the rapper’s Instagram page about Constantinos Tsobanoglou (28), better known by his stage moniker “Costa Titch,” who South Africans have grown to adore and idolise.
No immediate cause of death was given.

The rapper began his career as a backup dancer before deciding to pursue rap music. He was born in Nelspruit, South Africa. Costa Titch is best recognised for fusing trap beats with traditional South African culture.
The rapper’s record “Big Flexa,” which became a TikTok hit in 2021, was his most well-known song.
