Rohit Sharma's coach trained Shahid for Jersey

After the super success of ‘Kabir Singh’, Shahid Kapoor is all set to star to play in another Telugu remake of ‘Jersey’, where he will be seen one-on-one cricket players. The actor is leaving no stone unturned to be in the skin of the character he plays.
According to reports, the makers of ‘Jersey’ gangs in cricketer Rohit Sharma’s coach and mentor, Dinesh Lad to train Shahid. The producers of the film reportedly decided to a renowned Trainer to train Shahid and Gowtam Tinnanuri are also agreed for the same. The actor is trained, under the State-level General Trophy coach for the movie.

Not only that, an eight-person team, including certified athletic trainers and fitness hired experts from the UK, was to help Shahid in the skin of his character. Shahid Kapoor has earlier cricket played at the college and club levels.

The report also said that Shahid is excited about the opportunity to learn under Dinesh. He is already working on batting techniques with Dinesh Lad a couple of sessions during the first dates for the filming in November. He also took the footwork and different types of stroke play, by the renowned coach.

According to reports, the first half of the shoot completed, but Shahid continued to train under General coach. Since the movie is now shot in Chandigarh, the actor, the education of Haryana state coach. He hits the networks, if the opportunity arises, and during the breaks to work.

The Film also stars Mrunal Thakur of ‘Super 30’ fame in an important role.
