Enroll in Cass County 4-H for Free and Explore Exciting Youth Programs

Cass County 4-H enrollment is now open for the 2023-2024 program year, and it’s free to join. Youth in kindergarten through 12th grade are eligible to join, and thanks to generous donations, fees are covered in Cass County. There are seven Clover Kid Groups and 11 4-H Clubs to choose from. 4-H helps youth develop leadership and communication skills while exploring new interests and giving back to the community.

    Annual Fall Fest and New Member Night

    Cass County 4-H is hosting their annual Fall Fest on Oct. 8 at the fairgrounds. This event is open to the community and admission is free. Attendees can participate in booths hosted by 4-H clubs and enjoy fun activities. Additionally, there will be a New Member/Find Out Night on Dec. 4 for anyone interested in learning more about 4-H. This event is a great opportunity to ask questions and meet County 4-H Staff, volunteers, and current members.

    Exploring Diverse Interests and Developing Life Skills

    4-H offers dozens of project areas to learn about, beyond agriculture. With the help of adult volunteers, youth can explore interests like entrepreneurship, engineering, music, and art. 4-H also focuses on developing important life skills such as public speaking, self-motivation, healthy lifestyle choices, and conflict management.
