The lectures were conducted by Dr. Osama Al Lalla and covered topics such as the dangers of chronic diseases caused by a sedentary lifestyle, the benefits of physical fitness, and the health risks posed by unhealthy eating habits. Dr. Lalla emphasized the positive impact of physical activities on mental and physical health, including improving brain efficiency and regulating the internal body clock.
