Former Fuccillo Auto employee allegedly stole $ 1.1 million from company |  Crime and Law

ADAMS – Former Fuccillo Automotive Group employee accused of stealing more $ 1.1 million from the company by forging the name of the company’s president, William B. Fuccillo Sr.

Joseph A. Pompo, 31, Syracuse, has been indicted by the state police Friday with a grand theft in the first degree for allegedly stealing $ 1,119,794 from the Adams-based car dealership company.

Mr Pompo was arraigned in Watertown City Court on Friday and released on his own recognizance.
