Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is free on Stadia in January

Google Stadia has offered a few “free play” weekends for select games over the past few months, and next weekend Ubisoft is opening Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint for free to all users.

Available on Stadia, Xbox, PlayStation, PC, and even Amazon Luna, Ghost Recon: Breakpoint’s free January weekend runs from January 21 to 25. During this time, you will be able to jump into the game without paying a dime and enjoy everything that the base game offers. With Stadia, you can even do this without downloading or pre-loading.

Ubisoft notes that a Stadia Pro subscription is required for those who wish to participate, which is not at odds with some previous free weekends on Stadia.

Pack your bags for Auroa, as Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon® Breakpoint will play for free from January 21 to 25 to celebrate the event’s live release, Amber Sky and TU 3.10.
