After the success of four Norwegian companies last year, the Hacking 4 Allies program continues to grow. His second cohort of the initiative is underway to connect allied dual-use startups to the U.S. defense ecosystem. Eight startups and scale-ups from various defense-related fields were selected to participate. “The challenge for international companies is to diversify their customer base in the US. The Norwegian startup ecosystem has some great players that US citizens will benefit from in both public and private sectors” said Ellen Chang, director of H4X Labs. “Teaching them how to capitalize on opportunities through this program will create even stronger links between innovative Norwegian products and the U.S. economy.”
