A Harrisburg businessman has avoided jail time, but must pay the IRS nearly $ 361,000 in restitution for failing to pay employment taxes.
U.S. Intermediate District Chief Justice John E. Jones III sentenced Darasomalee Thach, 36, former part-owner of temporary staffing company Team Work Inc. to 2 years probation in conspiracy to defraud the case American and ordered him to pay restitution of all overdue taxes.
