GREENSBORO, NC – Before entering 2021, about 31% of Americans said they plan to make New Year’s resolutions. The most popular resolutions were to exercise more and lose weight . That’s according to a “You Gov” poll that polled 15 hundred adults in December.

The data also showed that some people wanted to improve their mental health. 34% of survey respondents said they wanted to reduce stress, 30% wanted more sleep, and 28% wanted to focus on spiritual growth.
